Ingredients:
500 grams meat, cubed
1 onion, chopped
desiccated coconut or coconut milk
8-10 curry leaves
1 mature green mango (peeled, chopped)
a few dates and sultanas
1 Tbl or more good Madras curry powder
salt.
Method:
When cooked, serve with a squeeze of lemon juice, a little mango chutney (or a chutney made with feronia) and boiled rice, cooked with a piece of pandan leaf.
