ALOHA PUNCH (THAI GUAVAS)

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
4 cups water
1 ¼ cups lemon juice
1 ½ shredded pineapple
2 ½ cups guava juice
grated rind of 1 lemon and 1 orange (optional)
2 ¾ cups orange juice

Method:
Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes. Cool and add fruit juice and pineapple. Pour over cracked ice.

(Guava juice made by peeling, then blending guavas, then passing through a sieve).
