BATIDO TROPICAL

Ingredients:
½ cup cold milk
½ cup cream of coconut
1 very ripe banana, cut in chunks
1 Tbl cocoa powder
12 maraschino cherries
3 cups vanilla ice cream

Method:
Put the milk, cream of coconut, banana and cocoa powder in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add the cherries and ice cream and blend until cherries are finely chopped and ice cream has mixed in.

Makes 4-6 servings.
