CHOC-COVERED GINGER

Ingredients:
Ginger pieces processed by 'Preserved Ginger II' method
bar of cooking chocolate

Method:
Dry the ginger pieces.

Melt the chocolate over hot water.

Dip the ginger pieces in the chocolate, or just stir them in and place small spoonfuls on an oiled surface, or on a cling-wrap covered surface.

Allow to harden thoroughly.

Store in jars.
