GINGER BEER I
Ingredients:
4.5 L water
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp tartaric acid
1 tsp cream of tartar
500g sugar
2 Tbl yeast
Method:
Mix all together. Allow to stand 6 hours. Bottle and cork.
