Ingredients:
3 Tbl butter
3 Tbl chopped pecans
3 Tbl brown sugar
1 diced mango
1 diced papaya
1 cup water
½ oz. rum
Method:
In a pan, melt butter, and saute pecans. Add brown sugar, and stir 2 minutes.
Add mango and papaya and mash. Add water and bring to a boil. Add rum and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve with poultry, game or alligator (or crocodile).
