SEA GRAPE TAPIOCA

Ingredients:
3 quarts (15 cups) seagrapes and water
½ cup sugar
¼ cup tapioca
juice of one lime

Method:
Just cover seagrapes with water. Bring to the boil and simmer until soft. Mash and strain off juice.

From this juice take 2½ cups seagrape juice and mix with sugar, tapioca and lime juice. Let stand 5 minutes.

Cook over medium heat until thick.

Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with cream.
