A method for preserving grumichama pulp.
Ingredients:
6 cups grumichama fruits
½ cup water
1¼ cups sugar
Method:
Cut the grumichamas in half and remove the seeds. Squeeze (or blend) all the fruit to a pulp.
Boil the water and dissolve sugar, then leave to cool.
Place the fruit pulp in freezing containers and pour in the sugar syrup and freeze.
