Ingredients:
1 ½ cups brazil nuts
1 ½ cups walnuts or pecans
1 ½ cups dates
½ cup raisins
¾ cup peel
1 cup cherries (glacé)
¾ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
vanilla
Method:
Mix together the dried fruit.
Mix the flour and baking powder (or use S.R. flour). Stir through fruit and nuts.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Bake in a slow oven for 2 - 2½ hours.
