Ingredients:
2 bananas
½ custard apple
½ cup sultanas
a few dates
½ cup brazil nuts
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 Tbl honey
grated flesh of 2 coconuts
Method:
Grind all except the grated coconut together in food processor or blender.
Add the coconut and mix thoroughly together.
Line a bowl with additional sunflower seeds and banana slices. Press mixture in firmly.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, before inverting onto pie plate.
