Ingredients:
1 large pawpaw
1 oz butter
1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
Use slightly underripe pawpaw, peel and seed it. Cut horizontally into slices.
Melt butter in a heavy fry pan until foaming. Add pawpaw and cook lightly until coloured and heated through. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
