Ingredients:
1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
1 green pawpaw diced into bite sized pieces
1 small ginger knob
½ cup water
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbl oil
Method:
Saute ginger, garlic, onion, chicken and the pawpaw in the oil.
Add the water and cover. Let simmer till the chicken and pawpaw are cooked.
