PAPAYA NUT BREAD

Ingredients:
2 cups papaya, well-mashed
2 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup walnuts
1 cup sugar

Method:
Mix papaya and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add walnuts and blend.

Put batter in greased loaf or bundt pan and bake for approximately one hour at 350°F.

Remove from pan to rack and serve still warm or cooled.
