Ingredients:
2 packets of White Wings Biscuit base, made as per packet instructions
quantity of passionfruit
gelatine
whipped cream
Method:
1. Make biscuit mix as per packet, press into pie dish.
2. Scoop passionfruit pulp from skins.
3. Dissolve gelatine in water and add to passionfruit pulp.
4. Add the passionfruit mix to shell and place in fridge till set.
5. When the gelatine base is set, whip cream till firm and place on top of the pie.
6. Add 1 passionfruit to the top for decoration.
