PASSIONFRUIT SKIN JAM

Ingredients:
12 passionfruit skins (shells)
juice of 1 lemon

Method:
Boil skins just covered with water plus juice of one lemon for about 20 minutes, until the skins are puffy and the interior is soft enough to spoon out).

Drain (saving water); scoop out skins; mix pulp and saved water.
