PASSIONFRUIT CURD
Ingredients:
4 Tbl butter
1 cup sugar
pulp of 6 passionfruits
2 beaten eggs.
Method:
Slowly melt butter with sugar; add passionfruit pulp and eggs.
Simmer until it reaches the consistency of honey; bottle.
