PASSIONFRUIT FIZZ
Ingredients:
Passionfruit cordial (recipe above)
juice of 3 limes
Method:
4 ways to use the above mixture:
Add a dash of bitters; serve with soda water.
Best in glass of ice-cold water and add pinch of bicarbonate of soda.
Makes a good drink with rum (or rum and pineapple juice - 'Attorney').
Mix with orange juice and a little sugar.
