Ingredients:
2 Tbl cottage cheese
3 Tbl plain yoghurt
2 tsp honey
1 medium fujifruit
6 ice-cubes
Method:
Peel and segment fujifruit. Put fujifruit, cottage cheese, honey and yoghurt in blender, blend on medium speed until smooth.
Add ice-cubes, blend further 1 minute.
Serves 2.
