Ingredients:
2 lbs of peeled and seeded rambutans
1½ lbs of sugar
2 Tbl of vinegar
juice and rind of two lemons
8 pints of water.
Method:
Put in a container for 48 hours and strain several times then bottle. Should be ready in 21 days.
This recipe can be used to make a sparkling non-alchoholic wine out of nearly any fruit.
