RAMBUTAN SULTANA FRITTERS

Ingredients:
1 cup SR flour
1 Tbl honey
water sufficient to make a thick batter
6 rambutans, peeled and cut up
10 sultanas, cut

Method:
Make thick batter. Mix chopped fruit into batter and drop into hot oil; cook until golden brown.

Make Rollinia Fritters by substituting 1 mashed rollinia for the rambutans and sultanas.
