ROLLINIA TART

Ingredients:
Pulp of one good-sized rollinia
1 cup milk
1 Tbl gelatine, dissolved in 4 Tbl cool water
¼ cup coconut
1 prepared pie shell

Method:
Make a rich custard using 1 cup of milk (using either custard powder or eggs).

Dissolve the gelatine and stir into the hot custard. Stir in the coconut.

Now blend in fruit pulp, pour into prepared pie shell, and dust lightly with cinnamon or nutmeg.

Chill well before serving.
