NARANJILLA JAM

Ingredients:
1½ kg Naranjillas
1½ kg of sugar
1 Tahitian lime.

Method:
Peel and slice the fruit and place in a preserving pan and add just enough water to cover the fruit. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until tender.

Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil rapidly until the jam sets when tested.

Bottle. much because it's very hot!
