This photo is of a Costa Rican soursop beside a cut, normal-size soursop.
The tree is now about 20ft high. The fruit has to ripen on the tree (immature fruit fails to ripen and stays hard).
The fruit is mainly used for juices by straining out the seeds and blending with some apple juice. Very delicious and refreshing!
