SOURSOP CAKE II

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut
½ cup soursop pulp
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 eggs
1½ cups SR flour

Method:
Place everything in a blender and blend well. Cream 125g margarine, and slowly add the blended mixture. Then fold in flour.

Bake in a moderate oven. Ice with lemon icing and dust with toasted coconut.
