1½ packets Lattice biscuits
1 soursop, minced finely (if possible)
¼ cup sugar
½ cup custard powder

Line a slice tin with lattice biscuits (put the shiny side down).

Cook soursop with sugar in a sauce pan until the sugar is dissolved.

Mix the custard powder with a little water and pour into the soursop mixture and stir quickly so the custard powder does not go lumpy. Cook for 5 minutes.

Let cook a little and pour over the biscuits, place the rest of the biscuits over the mixture (shiny side up).

Cool in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, sprinkle icing sugar over the top.
