Ingredients:
1 prepared pie crust
3 cups pureed spondias
1 Tbl gelatine
½ cup hot water
½ cup castor sugar
1 Tbl lemon juice
300 ml cream, whipped
Method:
Peel and blend spondias pieces into juice. Strain. Put hot water in dish, sprinkle on gelatin. Mix. Add pureed spondias, lemon juice and sugar. Whip cream and fold in with other ingredients. Spoon into crust. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
