STAR GOOSEBERRY JAM

Ingredients:
star gooseberries
sugar

Method:
Wash fruit and boil until soft; remove pulp by rubbing through a coarse sieve.

For every cup of pulp, add 1 cup sugar.

Boil until it gels when dripped onto a cold saucer.

Pour into hot, sterilised jars and seal.
