FUFU

Ingredients:
½ kg yam
½ kg plantains
2 cups water
salt to taste

Method:
Peel yam and plantains. Boil them together with salt in water until soft.

Mash them together, adding a little water to prevent sticking.

Shape into balls and serve in a warm dish to be eaten with soup, such as Chicken Okra Soup.
