Ingredients:
2 Tbl oil
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp turmeric
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 crushed Kemiri Nuts (candle nuts)
1 tsp sambal (chilli paste)
¾ cup chopped vegetables
3-4 cups green wing beans
Method:
Method: Fry garlic and kemiri nuts gently for 2 minutes. Then add turmeric, ginger and sambal.
A little later add vinegar, water, salt and sugar and bring to boil.
Once boiling add the wing beans and vegetables - cook for 5 minutes.
Serve cold as a side salad.
