WHITE SAPOTE CAKE

Ingredients:
¼ lb butter (100g)
2 eggs
1 cup white sapote pulp
1½ cups S.R. flour
¾ cup sugar
a smidgen of vanilla
A little milk

Method:
Mix in sequence of ingredients and cook in moderate oven 45 mins.
