SCRAMBLED ACKEE II

Ingredients:
4 ripe Akees
salt and pepper
¼ tsp garlic
1 Tbl oil

Method:
Remove the soft pulp of the akee. Heat the oil in a frypan. Add the garlic and quickly fry. Place the akee pulp into the frypan and fry for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
