AVOCADO ICE CREAM III

Ingredients:
2 of your best large avocadoes
2 tsp lime juice (or lemon)
3 drops green food colour (optional)
1 cup castor sugar
1 fresh egg
1 cup milk
3 cups cream
2 tsp vanilla

Method:
Place avocado pulp, roughly chopped, into blender and add remainder of ingredients. You will need to do it in two lots. Blend till thick and creamy.

Churn in ice cream churn if you have one, or, pour into container and freeze. Whisk with egg beater or fork after a couple of hours.

Repeat at least one more time. Freeze overnight to mature and develop full flavour.
