Very easy. Fish or prawns could be used in place of chicken.

Peel avocado and slice thinly, place in buttered ovenproof dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and seasoning.

Cover with slices of cooked chicken breast, white sauce, then soft breadcrumbs, dotted with butter.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 190°C or 375°F for 45 minutes.
