CARAMBOLA AND AVOCADO SALAD
Ingredients:
2 carambolas (slice cross-wise and remove seeds)
1 medium avocado (slice in 2-inch slices or chunks)
1 head lettuce
A golden French dressing is excellent - tangy yet simple. (Basic French dressing made with 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. Worcestershire plus 1 marinated garlic clove) with cinnamon to garnish.
