ELLY'S TEXAS DIP

Ingredients:
2 large avocados
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup olives
½ cup chopped eschalots
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 pkt. Taco spice mix
½ cup diced tomato
2 Tbl lemon juice

Method:
Mash the avocados, sprinkle with lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste.

Put avocado mixture in the bottom layer of a quiche dish or similar.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco mix together and pour this mixture over the avocado.

Sprinkle the diced tomato, sliced olives on the next layer.

Then sprinkle grated cheese and eschalots on top Serve with corn chips, celery or carrot sticks.
