250g butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed mango
1 cup mashed banana
2 cups S.R. flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp bicarbonate soda
extra mango slices and banana slices for decoration
lemon juice to stop the banana from discolouring.

250g cream cheese
2 cups icing sugar
2 Tbl pureed mango

Cream butter and sugar and add eggs.

Add vanilla, mix in mango and banana. Fold in dry ingredients. Spoon mixture into greased baking tin and bake for 25 minutes on 180°C.

Make icing: Blend all ingredients until smooth.

When cold, ice and top with banana and mango slices.
