COCONUT ORANGE BANANAS

Ingredients:
4 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthways
1 Tbl butter, melted
2 Tbl pineapple juice
2 Tbl orange juice
¼ cup brown sugar
pinch ground cinnamon
½ cup shredded coconut

Method:
Toss bananas in melted butter until coated. Place in a heatproof dish.

Pour juices over and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

Bake in electric oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, or fan-forced oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
