BLACK SAPOTE JAM

Ingredients:
4 cups black sapote pulp
4 cups water
½ cup of lemon juice
5 cups sugar

Method:
Boil black sapote and water for ½ hour, then add sugar and lemon juice and bring to boil.

Simmer until thick. Bottle in hot, sterilized jars.
