BLACK SAPOTE THICKSHAKE

Ingredients:
600ml container of milk, partially frozen (don't let it get solid!)
2 tsp of honey
one nip of rum
flesh of one black sapote

Method:
Mix vanilla, honey and rum in a cup.

Place frozen milk and black sapote in a blender, add the honey, vanilla and rum mixture and blend until fully mixed.

Enjoy while thick and cold. (For children, leave out the rum).
