BLUEBERRY SALLY LUNN

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ cup soft butter
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 cup blueberries washed and drained
2 Tbl brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method:
Preheat oven to 190ºC. Grease 20 x 20 x 5 cm (8 x 8 x 2 in) pan. In a large bowl combine butter, granulated sugar, eggs, beat at high speed until fluffy.

At low speed add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

Fold in blueberries. Turn into prepared pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Bake about 35 min. Serve warm. (9 serves)
