CHATA BREADFRUIT BALLS

Ingredients:
2 Tbl softened butter
1 Tbl honey
½ tsp vanilla
1 Tbl coconut
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon, nutmeg
1 cup mashed, ripe breadfruit

Method:
Cream softened butter, honey and vanilla. Add one cup mashed ripe breadfruit and mix well.

Mix the dry ingredients and combine everything together. Drop by tablespoons into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
