CANISTEL PIE II

Ingredients:
unbaked pie shell
1½ cup mashed canistel pulp
2 well-beaten eggs
2 Tbl orange juice
1¼ cup milk
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger

Method:
Mix the canistel pulp, the eggs, orange juice and milk, then add remaining ingredients.

Put into prepared unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450°F for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 250°F and bake 50 minutes longer.

Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream.
