CASSAVA CAKE II

Ingredients:
cassava root, washed, peeled and grated.
coconut milk, fresh or tinned
sugar
grated coconut (desiccated OK)

Method:
Mix well, add sugar to taste. The mixture must be quite wet.

Put into casserole dish and bake for 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven until brown on top.

Turn out and slice when cold.
