With summer coming, make refreshing drinks with juices of either kumquats, lemons, oranges, grapefruit, mandarins etc.

Add cold water and ice, sugar to taste.

Just before serving, stir in ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (to a 2-litre jug).

Mango and guava can be used, but add some lemon juice to give a bit of a tang.
