TROPICAL KUMQUAT CAKE

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1½ cups chopped kumquats
1 cup chopped nuts
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple
a few chopped (well-drained) maraschino cherries

Method:
In a bowl beat the eggs, sugar and oil.

Fold in dry ingredients and mix well. Add kumquats, nuts, pineapple and cherries.

Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 min. in a 350°F oven.

Cool, remove from pan.
