LEMON BREAD

Ingredients:
LemonBread 4 Tbl margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1½ cup flour
grated rind of one lemon
1/3 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon

Method:
Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Combine margarine with one cup sugar. Add beaten eggs, milk and lemon rind.

Stir dry ingredients together, then combine with the sugar, egg, milk mixture.

Bake in large loaf pan for 50 minutes (or until tests done).

Combine sugar with the lemon juice and drizzle over the loaf while it is still warm.
