ORANGE-PECAN BREAD

Ingredients:
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp grated orange peel
2 cups flour
2½ tsp baking powder
¾ cup orange juice
¾ cup coarsely chopped pecans

Method:
Stir flour, baking powder, and pecans together in a bowl.

Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, and mix in orange peel, then stir into flour mixture along with orange juice.

Spoon into buttered loaf pan and bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes.
