JAK SEED CURRY II

Ingredients:
About 40 Jak seeds
1 Tbl coconut
2 cupfuls thick milk
1 Tbl Maldive fish, crushed
1 tsp rice
8 dry chillies
1 tsp white cummin
1½ tsp coriander
1 cup chopped (red) onions
Salt to taste

Method:
Wash the seeds thoroughly in water. They will burst when boiled well.

Mash them slightly and put into another pot with the milk, half the quantity of red onions, and other ingredients.

When the curry is cooked, add remaining quantity of onions.
