JAKFRUIT JAM

Ingredients:
ripe but firm jakfruit
lemon juice
sugar

Method:
Prepare jakfruit pulp and slice finely. For each cup of pulp, add a cup of sugar. For each 2 cups of pulp and 2 cups of sugar, add the juice of one or two lemons.

Place all in saucepan, mix well, cook until mixture thickens. Bottle in sterilized jars.
