LAKOOCHA FLUMMERY

Ingredients:
1 Tbl plain flour
2 Tbl gelatine
½ cup sugar
350ml water
100 ml lakoocha pulp

Method:
Mix sugar, flour and gelatine together in a saucepan.

Add water and mix well. Bring to boiling point then pour into a large bowl to cool.

Whisk until white and fluffy, adding fruit pulp.

Gently pour into dish to set. Put in refrigerator.
